When Governor Pritzker instituted the current stay-at-home order in Illinois, he deemed automobile dealerships as essential businesses requesting that dealerships remain open to assist people with their transportation needs.

We do not want to abandon our customers if they need vehicle repairs, so our service and parts departments will remain open from 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday.  Our showroom will be open on an appointment basis should the need arise (217-547-0700).

Our customers and employees' safety is of the utmost importance at Susan's Auto Mall.

To assist in keeping a healthy work environment, we now have additional cleaning protocols to help protect the health and safety of our guests and employees.   These include frequent cleaning and disinfecting objects such as doorknobs and handrails.  All employees will be practicing social distancing.

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
